- How do you read the RealTimeTM display?

- Why is my display flashing?
- There are a few reasons why your display may be flashing.
§ The battery has seen an over current situation
§ The battery needs to be reset.
To reset your battery take a paper clip or similar and gently press the reset button located under the hole above the display of your battery.

- Do I need an RMA or RA to send back product for repair or evaluation.
- Anton/Bauer does not require an RA or RMA, however we do require that you include a Service Request Form that you can obtain from the homepage of our website. Or, Click here to download.
- Is my battery under warranty? And what is Anton/Bauer's warranty?
- You can either call or email Support to inquire about your warranty. Just give us the product serial number and model name.
- Batteries carry different warranties, see our warranty page.
- Will my charger be able to charge DIONIC® batteries?
- Chargers purchased within the last 10 years can all be upgraded to handle DIONIC batteries. Most have the necessary software already included in charger. Use the chart below to determine what charger firmware you will need to charge your battery.
