The popular Anton/Bauer on camera fill light system, the studio quality Ultralight, has a new look at the NAB 2000 in Las Vegas. On camera lighting is no longer an either/or choice between tungsten and daylight sources. With the Ultralight system, a cameraman can have his choice - instantly - to deal with virtually all lighting situations.

The new UltraDAYlight HMI head module takes advantage of the Ultralights patented quick change head feature to deliver instant changeover from tungsten to daylight. Because the bulb is part of the head module, changeover is smooth and quick - no twisting, turning or expensive bulbs to break. The 25 watt UltraDAYlight will deliver up to three times the light output of tungsten bulbs using the same power. The 5600ºK color temperature as well as the high efficiency makes it the ultimate daylight fill light.

Each of the Ultralight system's three basic models have a new look with more features as well as an expanded complement of useful accessories to add even more versatility to the system.
