Anton/Bauer, the Worldwide
Standard® in batteries and charger systems to the professional and
broadcast video industry, announces the opening of its Euro Customer
Support office in Kerkrade, The Netherlands. The office has been in
limited operation since October 1, 2001.
Anton/Bauer has built its
worldwide reputation on its strong support of its customer as
exemplified by its participation in support of the world broadcast
community during each Olympic Games since 1992. “Anton/Bauer’s
increasing global market share has led us to the decision to open our
first regional office in Europe”, said Martyn Sly-Jex, manager of the
Euro Support Center. “ The goal of this office is to be able to better
service Anton/Bauer customers and distributors in the European community
more efficiently. Both our customers and distribution partners will be
able to obtain faster response to questions and requests, products and
services.”
The office is designed to
help with questions regarding Anton/Bauer’s wide range of products and
serve as a hub for Anton/Bauer’s operations in the region. Trade-in
programs, battery testing, product evaluations replacement parts and
service will be all coordinated through the center.
